This is Indianised version of peanut butter. Take my word and try this once and you will never ever regret it. But this goes only with idlis, dosas and uttapams. tamarind paste and salt. Adjust the consistency of the chutney as per ones taste.

- Firstly on slow flame dry roast peanut. About 4-5 minutes or till outer peanut's outer cover turns to brown. Keep it aside and let it cool down.
- Now in pan heat oil, add urad dal, once daal change the colour, add jeera, mustard seeds, curry patta and dry red chills. And add to roasted peanut.
- Transfer this to grinding jar, add little water grind nicely. Add salt and imli pulp.
- Transfer to bowl. And in the same pan add oil for tadka, hear the oil, add urad dal, once dal changes the colour then add mustard seeds, curry patta and red chili. And pour this tadka to chutney. Enjoy!!!!
