- প্রথমে সাবু ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে ৩-৪ ঘন্টা ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে। আলু গ্রেড করে নিতে হবে।
- তারপর সাবু ভিজে নরম হয়ে গেলে তার সাথে গ্রেড করা আলু,ময়দা, ধনেপাতা কুচি, কাঁচা লংকা কুচি, ধনে গুড়ো আর সনদক নুন দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মাখতে হবে।
- তারপর হাতে তেল মাখিয়ে নিয়ে ছোট ছোট করে বড়া গুলো বানিয়ে নিতে হবে।
- তারপর কড়াইতে তেল গরম করে কম আঁচে একটু সময় নিয়ে বড়া গুলো ভেজে নিতে হবে ।তারপর গরম গরম পরিবেশন করতে হবে।
