This New Zealander sweet bread is made with a combination of ripe kiwi, eggs, oil, lemon peel, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. The bread doesn't have a strong flavor because the kiwis lose some of their tartness after being cooked. Prepare the kiwi puree by placing peeled kiwi fruit in a food processor or blender.   4. Take 2 Cups water in a kadai. Add 1 Cup sugar to it and let it boil. Add rolled chamcham to it. Add on high flame and than lower it to medium. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Take ghee, milk powder, sugar, water and make khoya for stuffing.
  6. Remove from flame. Let them cool for some time.Make slit and stuff them with khoya. Roll them in desiccated Coconut and garnish with cherries. Refrigerate them for 3 to 4 hours and serve chilled.
