  2. Add salt and let it ferment for 7-8 hours.(my batter colour is not pure white as I have added boiled brown rice)
  3. For bhaji- heat oil add mustard, urad dal, chana dal, hing, red chilli- when sals starts spluttering add curry leaves, turmeric and add boiled potatoes-add salt, garam masala and mix it well- add coriander and lemon and bhaji is ready.
  4. Heat iron tawa - grease with oil and sprinkle some water to reduce Tempe of the tawa- spread big spoonful of batter.- add some ghee- onion, potato bhaji and spread bhaji over dosa.
  5. Fold the dosa from the sides when it turns into brown and serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar.
