- For dosa, mix all daal rice and fenugreek seeds together. Wash twice and soak them for 5 to 6 hours. After 6 hours grind it into a fine paste. Let the batter rest in a warm place for overnight.
- After overnight rest, dough is fermented well. Now when you are going to make dosa add some salt in batter and mix well.
- Now heat a tawa, pour some oil and sprinkle little water over it and wipe the tawa with a tissue. Spread batter with the help of ladle from centre towards sides. Cook on high flame, add aloo masala and fold. Our masala dosa is ready to serve.
