- For masala : Take kadai add oil Rai hing chopped onion and saute until golden brown, put all masala and groundnut dry fruits mix well add mashed potatoes mix well put lemon juice
- For chutney: In the grinder put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and all the ingredients and grind it well. - If want to put tadka dein take oil let it get warm add Rai Curry patta and add in chutney
- For sambhar : Boil tur dal with tomato and salt - Take kadai put oil, Rai Curry patta and chopped onion - Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato and imli water - Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder let it boil - Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes
