  4. Add condensed milk and cook until mixture becomes dry.
  5. Transfer the mixture in bowl and cool.
  6. Divide the mixture in to four parts and mix food colour in each parts.
  7. Grease modak mould fill the modak mixture and press tightly.
  8. Now modak is ready and garnish with almond, kaju, vermicelli.
  9. Serve to ganeshji.
