  3. Mash properly with hands… Make tikkis… Flatten them n make hole in btw with finger..
  4. Fry them.. 2 by 2😝… On low flame… Enjoy with peanut m corrainder chutney 😊

These are the perfect snack for Navratri vrat (Hindu fasting). These sabudana vada are crispy from outside while soft from inside. This light and crispy sabudana vada is not only fun to eat snack but also a preferred fasting food during fasting days and festivals like Navratri.
