- Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice n 2 cup water) n jeera n salt
- Take that cooked n cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes… Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta n corrainder.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice)
- Mash properly with hands… Make tikkis… Flatten them n make hole in btw with finger..
- Fry them.. 2 by 2π… On low flame… Enjoy with peanut m corrainder chutney π
These are the perfect snack for Navratri vrat (Hindu fasting). These sabudana vada are crispy from outside while soft from inside.
