  4. Now for filling– Take a pan. Put some oil, add mustard seeds and onion saute them.
  5. Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and mix them well
  6. Now add small pieces of boiled potatoes and mash them well.
  7. Now check the dosa batter if it become thick then add some water and mix it well.
  8. Now take non-stick tawa and pre heat it.
  9. Pour dosa batter with a bowl on the tawa and give it a round shape with the bottom of a bowl.
  10. Brush it with oil.. Now when it becomes brown add filling.
  11. Fold it.. Dosa is ready..
  12. Serve it hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
