- Grind the peas in the mixie with little water.
- Take a pan,pour desi ghee in it.
- When it heats up,add grinded peas paste in it.Stir continuously till all the moisture evaporates.
- Add grated mava in it & mix well, continuously saute it till well blended.
- Now add sugar,mix & saute.
- Grind few cashews in the mixie & make a paste.put this paste in the pan and saute peas.Add few cashews & mix well.
- Grease the tray with little ghee & pour the mixture in it, Spread evenly.
- Roast sesame seeds in a pan till they become little brown in colour.
- Sprinkle these on the mixture.
- Let it cool down at room temperature & then keep it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut in to squares & serve.
