- After oil get heat up then add curry leaves, mustard seed, cumin seed, dry red chilli. fry it for 30 sec.
- After that add ginger garlic chilli paste,untill it turns brown add onion paste and fry it untill it turns brown
- Then add tomatos pury/paste fry it untill it started leaving pan or we can say start leaving a oil
- Then add turmeric, coriander, chana masala, kitchen king masala and kasturi methi and 1 tsp malai and salt as per taste
- Then mix it well and fry it well and now add chaana to it witj water of it.. take out tea bag before putting chaana in gravy
- Boil it for 2-5 minutes
- Now add coriander leaves and serve hot.
