  2. Now saute mava on slow flame for 5 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Now heat desi ghee add the grated carrot,saute till becomes dry,Add sugar and Cardamom and nutmeg powder,mix well..
  4. Cook till it looses the pan.
  5. Now add the sauted mava mix well.
  6. Now cook for 7 minutes on slow flame,take it down let it cool for 5 minutes,take mould and make burfis,decorate with cashews.
  7. Put it freezer for 10 minutes burfi is ready to serve.

Made with grated carrots, ghee and dry-fruits. Carrots are used widely in India, not only as vegetable, but also to make drinks, pudding and fudge. How to make Carrot Burfi: Heat a heavy bottomed vessel and add the grated carrot to it. Heat it to dry, stirring continuously. Repeat the same with grated coconut and keep it aside.
