- Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden brown. Take it out on a plate.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast peanuts and cashews and take them out. Now add mustard seeds, hing, onion, curry leaves & saute it. Now add tomato and capsicum. Add salt and cook for 1 min.
- Now add all spices,Ching's chutney and roasted semolina.Add 1 glass of water and cook it for 2-3 min at low flame.Garnish with peanuts and cashews.
