  31. Take hot water from boiled potatoes and some warm water

Chole Bhature is a dish that is a hit at any party. My version of chole is however, ready in minutes. I enjoy eating hot chole with tikkis, bhaturas, kulcha or simply topped on a slice of bread. Chole Bhature recipe with step by step photos.

Steps to make Chole Bhature πŸ˜‹:
  1. I'm use a canned chickpeas.first heat 2 cups of water add 1 tbsn of black tea with bay leaves,cardamom, black cardamom and stick of cinnamon…boil for 5 mins.. strain and save the water to add in gravy.
  2. Grind the masala(pic1)heat oil,then add 1 tsp of carrom seeds(ajwain)let it crackle then add the grind masala
  3. Now add chole masala(any brand) red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric and saute for few minutes
  4. Now add the chickpeas and mix,then add grated boiled potatoes and saute few seconds then add the tea strain water and now mix well and Cook on medium flame…crush some chickpeas.
  5. Heat ghee… add in red chilli,garlic,chole masala,asafoedida powder..when garlic is turned slightly brown temper the chickpeas curry,garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Knead the dough as per Ingredients as above-mentioned…keep in a warm place for 5 mins…make small dough balls,roll it into flat bread
