- Heat a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil. Now add peanuts and fry for few seconds on low to medium flame. Now add grated beetroots. Saute for some times until soften a bit.
- Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder. Mix well. Add mashed potato and again mix well.
- Now switch off the flame. Add green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep aside to get it cooled down.
- Meanwhile prepare maida batter by mixing 2 tbsp maida with 3 tbsp water.
- Once the cutlet mixture cools down. Take a small portion on palm. Give preferred cutlet shape. Now dip the cutlet in the maida batter and again coat with bread crumbs. Prepare all the cutlets same way.
- Keep the cutlets in a airtight container in freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, take out the cutlets from freezer and shallow fry them. Serve with any dip of your choice. Goes well with tomato ketchup, kasundi, mayonnaise dip etc.
